Mobile App Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the official Hunter’s Rainbow, LLC mobile application (“App”), powered by CommentSold. By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.

 

1. About Our App

The Hunter’s Rainbow mobile application allows customers to browse products, participate in live sales, purchase merchandise, receive notifications, and manage their customer accounts.

 

2. Eligibility

By using this App, you certify that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

• The information you provide is accurate and current.

• You will use the App only for lawful purposes.

 

3. Live Sale Purchases

Products offered during live sales are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve or guarantee that item. An item is considered purchased only after your payment has been successfully processed.

Hunter’s Rainbow reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

• Inventory shortages

• Pricing errors

• Duplicate purchases

• Suspected fraud

• Technical issues

• Violation of these Terms

 

4. Automatic Checkout

Our App utilizes CommentSold’s automatic checkout system.

By participating in live sales, you acknowledge and agree that items added to your cart may automatically process after the designated checkout period using your selected payment method.

It is your responsibility to review your cart before automatic checkout occurs.

Failure to complete payment may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your shopping privileges.

 

5. Payment

We accept payment methods supported through the CommentSold platform.

By submitting payment information, you authorize Hunter’s Rainbow and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, applicable taxes, and shipping fees.

 

6. Shipping

Orders are processed in the order received.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, postal delays, or carrier issues.

Hunter’s Rainbow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct before placing an order.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of our live sales and custom products, Hunter’s Rainbow does not offer refunds.

Returns or exchanges will only be considered if:

• The incorrect item was shipped.

• The item arrives damaged.

• The item contains a manufacturing defect.

Any approved claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.

Hunter’s Rainbow reserves the sole right to determine whether a replacement, exchange, or store credit will be issued.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

8. TikTok Shop Orders

Orders placed through TikTok Shop are governed by TikTok Shop’s policies in addition to these Terms where applicable.

Refunds, returns, cancellations, and disputes initiated through TikTok Shop must comply with TikTok Shop requirements.

Hunter’s Rainbow reserves the right to deny requests that fall outside of TikTok Shop’s policies.

 

9. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before or after an order has been placed.

If an order is canceled due to a pricing error, any payment received will be refunded.

 

10. Promotions & Discounts

Coupons, discounts, loyalty rewards, and promotional offers:

• Cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

• May expire without notice.

• May be discontinued at any time.

• Have no cash value.

Hunter’s Rainbow reserves the right to limit or refuse promotional offers.

 

11. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others.

• Use another customer’s account.

• Attempt unauthorized access.

• Disrupt the operation of the App.

Hunter’s Rainbow may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

12. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to:

• Logos

• Designs

• Product photos

• Videos

• Graphics

• Text

• Live sale content

• Digital artwork

• Custom tumbler designs

is the exclusive property of Hunter’s Rainbow, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used without prior written permission.

 

13. Copyright Infringement

Hunter’s Rainbow respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe copyrighted material has been used improperly within our App, please submit a written notice including:

• Your name and contact information.

• Identification of the copyrighted work.

• Identification of the allegedly infringing material.

• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.

• A statement that the information provided is accurate.

• Your physical or electronic signature.

We reserve the right to remove content while investigating infringement claims.

 

14. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Harass employees or other customers.

• Use abusive, threatening, or offensive language.

• Attempt fraudulent purchases.

• Reverse engineer or interfere with the App.

• Upload malicious software.

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

 

15. Disclaimer

The App and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Hunter’s Rainbow makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, availability, or error-free performance.

 

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunter’s Rainbow, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits

• Lost data

• Shipping delays

• Service interruptions

• Technical failures

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

 

17. Privacy

Use of the App is also governed by Hunter’s Rainbow’s Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

 

18. Changes to These Terms

Hunter’s Rainbow may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting within the App.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles.
