2. Products & Custom Orders
Hunter’s Rainbow, LLC specializes in custom-made tumblers. Due to the personalized nature of our products:
• Colors, designs, and finishes may vary slightly from images shown on the Website.
• Custom orders are PROHIBITED. We do NOT offer custom orders by the customer at anytime.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they understand the details of the tumbler posted are correct before submitting an order.
Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

All payments must be completed in full before an order is processed or shipped.

4. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are only offered under the following condition:
• The product has a creation or manufacturing defect caused by us.
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Customer errors (misspellings, incorrect color or design selections)
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor variations inherent to handmade/custom items
• Damage caused after delivery
To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within [24] hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the defect.

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
• The incapability to read a tracking number after it’s provided.
