Hunter’s Rainbow specializes in professionally designed sublimation tumblers and other handmade products.

Because our products are handmade:

  • Colors, finishes, and placement of designs may vary slightly from product photos.

  • Product images are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible but are not guaranteed to be identical.

  • We do not accept customer-requested custom designs or personalized orders unless specifically advertised by Hunter’s Rainbow.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, photos, sizes, and details before placing an order.

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled.

 

3. Pricing & Discounts

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Hunter’s Rainbow reserves the right to change product pricing, promotions, discounts, or sales at any time without prior notice.

Discounts are offered solely at the discretion of Hunter’s Rainbow and may be limited, modified, or discontinued at any time.

Previous purchases are not eligible for price adjustments or retroactive discounts.

 

4. Payment

We currently accept:

Payment must be successfully completed before any order will be processed or shipped.

Hunter’s Rainbow reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment activity.

 

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Hunter’s Rainbow does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or replacements for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Customer dissatisfaction with colors or design

  • Shipping delays

  • Carrier damage

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Buyer error

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

If your order arrives with an issue caused solely by Hunter’s Rainbow, we may review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Any resolution offered is entirely at the sole discretion of Hunter’s Rainbow and does not create an obligation to provide refunds or replacements in future cases.

 

6. Shipping

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

Hunter’s Rainbow is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, Hunter’s Rainbow is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided after shipment.

 

7. User Accounts

Customers may create an account on our website.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Keep your login credentials secure.

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

Hunter’s Rainbow reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or permanently ban any account for fraud, abuse, harassment, chargebacks, policy violations, or any activity deemed harmful to our business.

13. TikTok Shop Orders

Orders placed through TikTok Shop are also subject to these Terms & Conditions in addition to TikTok Shop’s own policies.

By placing an order through TikTok Shop, you agree to the following:

  • Hunter’s Rainbow reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or violation of these Terms.

  • Processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Once an order has been shipped, Hunter’s Rainbow is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Product photos are intended to accurately represent the item but may vary slightly due to lighting, monitor settings, and the handmade nature of our products.

  • All sales are final. Any exceptions required by applicable law or by TikTok Shop’s mandatory buyer protection policies will be handled in accordance with those requirements.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate before completing their purchase.

  • Hunter’s Rainbow reserves the right to refuse future service to customers who abuse refund requests, file fraudulent claims, submit false reports, initiate unwarranted chargebacks, harass staff, or otherwise violate these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, all trademarks, character names, logos, and copyrighted material appearing on our products remain the property of their respective owners. Hunter’s Rainbow does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property used under applicable law or authorization where applicable.

  • Remove watermarks from our images.

  • Use our product photographs without written permission.

  • Recreate, trace, modify, or distribute our original artwork for resale.

15. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Hunter’s Rainbow before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute whenever possible so that we may attempt to resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent cancellation of current and future orders.

  • Suspension or termination of customer accounts.

  • Refusal of future service.

  • Submission of documentation to the payment processor demonstrating fulfillment of the order.

  • Legal action to recover unpaid balances, fees, costs, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

Hunter’s Rainbow maintains shipping confirmations, tracking information, delivery confirmations, and order records to respond to payment disputes when necessary.
